Douglas Palin Jr., CEO of Infinity Internet in Vancouver and Kathy Long Holland, cofounder of Long Sherpa Design, Vancouver, have been named to the board of directors of Abacast, a Camas software company.

R. GwartneyVancouver accounting firm, Jan Stockton PC, has named Ricki Gwartney as an accounting consultant and Patty Ozgul as the firm’s administrator.

Floyd Brown, Ph.D, has been named clinical director for Columbia River Mental Health Services in Vancouver. Brown has more than 25 years experience as a psychologist in fields ranging from individual and family therapy to crisis intervention.

Brigida Urban was promoted to executive assistant for Eric Fuller & Associates, a fullservice commercial real estate brokerage in Vancouver. Urban will oversee all aspects of administrative functions.

D. MoffatCamas resident Dan Moffat, former president of New Edge Networks, has been appointed to the board of directors for Anesthesiologists Associated Inc., a billing practice management company headquartered in Beaverton, Ore.

Dana Malone has been named administrator for Mountain View Veterinary Hospital. Malone has more than 20 years of medical, administration and accounting experience.

M. BrandonMark Brandon, executive vice president and chief lending officer for First Independent was honored by the Washington State University Foundation for his volunteer leadership at Washington State University Vancouver, as well as statewide. Brandon was one of two recipients.

Dale Beacock, co-owner of Beacock Music in Vancouver, has been elected president of the Northwest Bandmasters Association, dedicated to preserve and promote the tradition of American band music. Beacock performs with the Washington Wind Symphony and directs New Horizons band.

J. PackerJennifer Packer has been named the director of emergency services at Southwest Washington Medical Center. Also Douglas Zaharko has been named program director of the Wound Healing Center, which recently opened.

Joseph Vance and Ian Sutton have joined the Vancouver law firm of Miller Nash LLP. Vance joins the litigation department as a partner specializing in employment law. Sutton joins the From the Ground Up team, focusing on land use, environmental and real estate law.

Serina Ratliff has been promoted to manager of Wells Fargo Bank’s branch inside Safeway at 6702 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. She will oversee customer service, sales, professional development and community involvement for ve team members. David Anderson has been promoted to vice president and senior business relationship manager for Wells Fargo’s business banking group, o ering a large range of nancial services to small and medium size companies.

James Seltmann has been promoted to senior vice president and business banking manager Rebecca Blaisdell, vice president of residential management services for e Management Group has been appointed to the corporate board of directors. e Vancouver-based company manages residential and commercial properties in Washington and Oregon.
